INTRODUCTION: HOW CAN ONE MOTIVATE HIMSELF OR HERSELF ON A REGULAR BASIS IS ALWAYS A MUCH SOUGHT QUESTION AMONG EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY YOUNG GENERATION AND COLLEGE STUDENTS. MOTIVATION IS OF TWO TYPES. FIRST POSITIVE AND THE SECOND NEGATIVE. YOU SHOULD IDENTIFY THE  TRIGGER POINTS OF SELF. THE THING THAT MOTIVATING ME, MAY NOT BE DRIVING THE OTHER PERSON. HENCE WE CANNOT GENERALIZE ON THIS ASPECT. WHAT YOU COULD VISUALIZE MAY NOT BE EASE FOR OTHERS TO DO THAT, MEANS EVERYONES DRIVING STIMULUS IS NOT THE SAME. ASK YOURSELF, FIND OUT YOUR INNER AIM AND ACT UPON IT DAILY AS YOU TAKE BATHING DAILY TO KEEP YOUR EXTERNAL BODY HYGINE.
