Alvin Toffler   is credited for saying:   “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn" .    A new year often heralds a host of exciting changes: resolutions, renewed hope, and, most importantly, new opportunities to learn.
